		<description>i definitely agree about the mandate! and i thought the holiday ho story was pretty funny... i liked being back with the real david sedaris and his family... and i love how honest he is about himself and his artistic teen angst -- how he thought he was so much different from, and better than, ever one else</description>

		<description>I like Sedaris in general too - and Holidays On Ice specifically,  but not especially.  Santaland ought to start with a mandate to not read without putting on a pair of DEPENDS first.  

And I found the tale of the holiday &#039;ho to be fairly resonant as well - I liked the view D had of his sis being broken in that way.</description>
